Since its beginning in 1989, LeavesOut has grown to become the most sought-after aluminum gutter cover on the American market. LeavesOut has been offering dealerships for six years and already is established in 19 states.

In the original market area of western North Carolina the product was first known as Gutter Shield. Upon applying to trademark the name, it was discovered that another company had already trademarked Gutter Shield, even though we began using the name several years before them. We then trademarked the name GutterKap until it was determined GutterKap was too close to yet another company's name.

We settled on LeavesOut and received the federal trademark in January of 2001. As it has turned out, LeavesOut fits our image the best. Over the years LeavesOut has been in business we continue to improve on it while offering the best service and value in the industry.
